Jonathan is my son.

He was diagnosed with multiple myeloma bone cancer in October 2013 after a vertebrae in his back collapsed causing him to be paralyzed from the waist down. After emergency surgery, his doctor told us he would never walk and he had a cancer usually associated with people much older than he.

Jonathan’s pure determination and lots of blessings have him walking again!

But his fight is far from over.

The Painter’s Concert - A Mother’s Love event held in March, 2014 was successful beyond my wildest imagination, and we are all extremely grateful to those who donated to help with Jonathan’s medical treatment costs.

Jonathan is currently at the City of Hope, Los Angeles, CA. He has received a stem cell transplant and is recovering. If all goes well, we pray he will be in remission before too long.

If you would still like to donate, just email me at and I will send you a PayPal connection.

All funds will go to an account I have set up just for Jonathan’s medical treatment charges OR you can purchase your own copy of “Hallelujah”, the painting completed during the Painter’s Concert with all proceeds to benefit Jonathan’s Fund.

Jonathan is 33 years old, has a young wife and a beautiful 1 year old baby boy.

He currently lives in Temecula, CA but

grew up in Phoenix, AZ. He attended North Canyon High School where he was quarterback & team captain of the Rattlers.

He also ran cross-country and eventually won academic and track scholarships to

Phoenix College.
