Does Carstens Fine Art represent other artists besides Cyndy Carstens?
Carstens Fine Art represents the work of Cyndy Carstens almost exclusively. Exceptions occur for special events and are by invitation only.
Are all the artworks for sale original paintings?
Primarily, artworks at Carstens Fine Art are original paintings or drawings.
However, giclee prints are available by custom order. Pricing of giclee prints is based on the size. All giclee prints are hand-embellished by Artist Cyndy Carstens giving each artwork the look and feel of the original painting. Each giclee print is signed, numbered and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

What is a giclee print?
A giclee print is a museum-quality reproduction of a painting on canvas using archival inks. “Giclee” is French, meaning “to spray”. The inks are sprayed using the micro-jets of a printer onto a surface of canvas. After being embellished by Artist Cyndy Carstens, a final varnish is applied for protection from moisture and UV rays.
Do you ship art?
Yes, Carstens will oversee careful packaging and use only reliable/professional shipping vendors for artworks that require shipment.

Carstens uses professional delivery and installation experts.
Do you accept commissions?
Cyndy will work with you to create a unique painting that compliments your architectural space and artistic tastes within the realm of her expertise. Pricing depends on size requirements. Lots of conversations, written confirmations and a 50% down payment will begin the process of your special work of art. Commissions are usually completed between 6 and 12 weeks. Complicated large commissions may take slightly longer.
What are my options for framing?
High-quality custom frames are selected based on what compliments each piece. However, frames are subject to taste and can be changed. Artworks can also be purchased without framing or Cyndy can help you make framing selections.
Can artworks be purchased online?
Yes, but not in a traditional sense. There is no shopping cart. Please phone or email Cyndy so she may help you select and purchase the perfect painting for your needs.
